Own Imaginary Scene

Image
For my imaginary scene, I wanted to make it based upon my favorite pro athlete. To start I put in a background of the lightning with dark below it. I then added the kneeling player then smoke on his lower half. I put an image behind him, which was similar to the door, then added two more photos of him in the clouds. I made them slightly transparent in order to keep the lightning and clouds intact. I then made the background a gradient of purple and yellow in order to bring out the color better. I then brought out the brightness of the lightning bolts. I lastly added the aggressive looking leopard in the background. Although this made everything very clustered, I just wanted to continue on with the story. My favorite is the middle photo.

In today's class we focused on using different masks on a base photo in order to apply various photos, or scenes, to manipulate the base. Using black and white as our color on the paint brush we were able to do this extremely easily.

In today's lesson we learned, as a class, how to change the color of an object and trick the audience. This method could be extremely useful in many different jobs in not only the art industry, but also any job that may need to market their product or what they have to offer.

I reviewed how to do this and switch in between layers.  This tutorial reviewed how to take another picture of a human and transport them onto an original photo that has no person in it. I had to use the mask tool in order to do so. Then using the quick selection tool, I selected the part of the guy I wanted transferred onto the picture.  This tutorial just reviewed this idea of cooling down the picture. The original photo was very warm and had an extreme summer feel to it, but with the ability to go to image adjustments, I made it a cooler photo with less warm colors.  This was the most I learned over doing all of the tutorials. There were three photos, although we only used three and made one of the photos lighter in order to make the right side of it appear as almost a gla...
